What it does
Coinbase provides an event-contract interface within its main account. Available USD and USDC fund positions, while the underlying exchange determines the result using the source specified in each contract. Winning binary contracts settle to one dollar; the purchase price and fees determine profit.
This is a brokerage offering through Coinbase Financial Markets, not a permissionless onchain market. The public page still describes staged US availability. A visible market is therefore useful for research, but does not prove that a particular account can trade it.
