What it does
Crypto.com's prepaid card is managed through the Crypto.com App. It spends a balance loaded in the card's fiat currency: cryptocurrency used for funding is converted before loading, rather than being spent directly from a self-custodial wallet. Virtual and physical versions are offered according to the issuing program.
Card tiers are connected to the Level Up program, whose subscriptions or CRO requirements vary. Availability, charges and eligibility are regional. This profile describes the prepaid product, which is distinct from Crypto.com's US Visa Signature credit card and should not be compared using that credit card's terms.

Who’s behind it
Crypto.com runs the card program through its app. The US prepaid page identifies Community Federal Savings Bank as issuer; other regions have their own cardholder agreements.
Fees & availability
Fees and costs
Funding, FX and ATM charges depend on issuance region and tier. Level Up subscriptions or CRO commitments are separate; review the applicable cardholder agreement and fee schedule.
Eligibility and availability
Application and card availability depend on residency and the local issuing program. Tier benefits and merchant exclusions can change; the prepaid and US credit products have different terms.
