What it does
Nado is built around the account rather than a single trading market. Eligible spot assets can contribute to margin while perpetual positions and borrowing share the same risk framework. This can reduce idle balances, but it also means a trading loss or collateral-price move can affect the rest of a cross-margined account.
Its hybrid design uses a fast offchain sequencer for order handling and Ink contracts for clearing and risk checks. The result resembles a conventional exchange interface while retaining an identifiable settlement network. The official Season 2 guide says open access began on 21 May 2026, replacing the earlier invitation gate.
Which network does Nado use?
Trading settlement and clearing occur on Ink, an Ethereum L2. The onboarding flow also accepts bridge deposits from networks including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana and Bitcoin. These are funding routes, not additional Nado execution chains. Confirm the destination asset and network before sending funds.

Where it stands out
- A shared account brings spot trading, perpetuals and lending together, which can simplify strategies that would otherwise require transfers between separate venues.
- Published fee tiers include maker rebates for qualifying volume, giving active traders a clear starting point for estimating execution costs.
- Ink settlement is explicitly documented, helping users distinguish where their account lives from the many networks accepted by the deposit bridge.

What you can do
- 01The interface supports conditional orders, TWAP execution and scaled orders for splitting entries or exits.
- 02USDT0 is the quote asset; the platform also documents collateral such as ETH, bitcoin assets and USDC. Eligibility and collateral weights remain asset-specific.
- 03The NLP vault supplies trading liquidity and participates in liquidation strategies. Vault exposure differs from holding an idle stablecoin balance.
- 04REST and WebSocket gateways support integrations. Wallet onboarding and email-based onboarding are documented; optional card payments involve a separate on-ramp provider.

Who’s behind it
The official site describes Nado as built by the team behind Kraken and Ink, and its footer identifies Spira Arc Inc. That connection is useful background, but it does not establish that a Nado account is a Kraken exchange account or that Kraken’s corporate financing was raised by Nado.

Funding and investors
The reviewed official site and documentation describe the Kraken/Ink team connection but do not publish a standalone Nado fundraising amount, dated round or investor allocation. This is an absence of verified disclosure, not evidence that the project is unfunded.

Referral benefits and conditions
A referral code can share an affiliate’s commission with the invited user through a configurable kickback. There is no verified universal signup bonus or fixed discount for every code.
Level 0 earns no commission. Higher levels depend on invitees and trading-volume criteria. Kickbacks are set per code; binding a code is permanent, and the standard relationship lasts 365 days. Self-trades, liquidations and non-genuine activity do not qualify.

Fees & availability
Fees and costs
The entry tier is 0.01% maker and 0.035% taker. Qualifying high-volume tiers can reach a 0.008% maker rebate and 0.015% taker fee. Minimum taker charges apply to small orders. Funding, borrowing and withdrawal charges are additional; the listed standard USDT0 withdrawal fee is 1 USDT0.

Eligibility and availability
US and Canadian users are limited to viewing rather than trading. Other blocked territories include Russia and several sanctioned jurisdictions. Unified margin can transmit losses across an account, while lending, NLP vaults and bridges introduce additional exposures beyond the directional perpetual position.
